Exercise Plans
The exercises are very well explained with images for every step and can be done regardless of whether you have done these types of exercises in the past. The exercises go way beyond the typical crunches you may be used to doing for working out your abs. The author explains in detail how specific exercises are best for targeting a specific region of your abdominal muscles as well as when during your workout is the best time to perform these exercises.
