want to build muscle,while trying to burn fat(i do jiu-jitsu and weight training)?

my question is,if it is possible to build muscle while burning stout by participating in jiu jitsu 3x a week. right before jiu-jitsu i also jog 2 miles(mon,wed,fri)

i also do weight training tues,thrus.

none of my muscles get sore after each day.
is this a excellent way to build muscle and burn stout?
or am i overworking my body by doing too much activity each day?

    Run every day, weight train every day except leave one rest day. Jiu-Jitsu does not burn stout i guess it can help you tone though.
