Just run. 25 minutes isn’t enough to place that fine a point on it. You are burning stout all the time. The key to getting rid of stout is calorie deficit, i.e., eating less than need for daily activities. Your body turns to stored stout to make up the difference.

Running helps by burning more calories. Run quick, burn more calories, run slow, burn fewer calories.

25 minutes 3 days a week isn’t very much. Any noticeable weight loss will come from sinking your food intake.

The weight lifting is excellent for general fitness, but not a factor in burning calories or weight loss. If you were lifting enough to build significant muscle mass, that would increase your BMR slightly.
